A card that shows Crafting Metals is one the wiki lists as craftable: across every legend that is 1,200 for a Legendary, 400 for an Epic, 60 for a Rare and 30 for a Common. Event, collection and store skins were sold for a limited time, recolours need the skin they are based on, and Mythic skins move up tiers as you play the legend.
